The one really handy thing with the new Divi Builder is the ability to control the header and footer globally or individually for any situation. The other really cool feature is the ability to show a header or footer by device.

You really want to make sure your site is interactive on mobile and adding a footer specific for mobile is a great way to do this.

Before Divi 4.0 we would use CSS to hide the default footer and add sections to accomplish our needs.
